These terms apply to purchases on this website. Danish consumer law applies.

Prices are shown in Danish kroner (DKK), including VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. For Norway, VAT and import fees are paid on delivery.

Checkout and payment are handled securely by Shopify. The agreement is made when you receive our order confirmation by email.

Your card is charged when the order is placed.

You have 14 days. See Returns & Refunds.

You have 2 years to complain about defects under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Write to us first. If we can't agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus / Center for Klageløsning (naevneneshus.dk).

Each robe is sewn by hand, so small variations in colour and finish are part of the piece.
