Returns & Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. Robes must be unused and unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping is paid by you.

Email hello@noralf.dk with your order number before sending, and we'll reply with the return address.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. When you return a full order, we also refund the original standard shipping cost.

If you live in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To use it, send us a clear statement by email before the 14 days have passed. You can use the standard EU withdrawal form, but you don't have to. You then have 14 days to send the goods back.

You may try the robe as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may deduct for the reduced value. This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items.

Personalised items can't be returned.

Under Danish consumer law you have 2 years to complain about defects. Write to us and we'll make it right.
